Car Detailing Division

Team Member:

 

  • You are responsible for delivering the best customer experience to each of our clients, through timely communication and a positive one on one interaction.
  • You are responsible for cleanliness of vehicle prior to pick up or deliver, this includes partnership with the Turo Member in the Turo Division.
  • You are responsible for keeping van/work site safe & maintained for the most professional representation of our company at all times.
  • You are responsible for arriving on time for schedule appointments.
  • You are responsible for executing the service the client has selected to expectations
  • Work in a way that exemplifies our core values of commitment, teamwork, and innovation.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • High School graduate or equivalent preferred
  • 6 months of experience in customer service, preferred
  • Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds
  • Valid driver’s license, other commercial licenses are welcomed as well

 

Requirements:

 

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to handle both positive and challenging client situations through strong stress resistance.
  • Professional skills and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage time, this includes being on time for pick ups, deliveries, and any interaction with the clients
  • Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including nights and weekends.

Rental Car Division

Turo Member:

  • You are responsible for keeping your work area maintained & safe for the most professional representation of our company at all times.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the correct vehicle is picked up or delivered to client.
  • You are responsible for ensuring vehicle is documented prior to reservation and after reservation has been completed.
  • Work in a way that exemplifies our core values of commitment, teamwork, and innovation.
